Xiuxinfang Service Terms

1. Service Overview

Xiuxinfang (“we”) provides hand-embroidered products and related services globally through www.xiuxinfang.com. These Terms apply to all orders, payments, deliveries, and post-sales activities. By confirming your order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Order Processing

2.1 Order Confirmation

  • Upon confirmation, a unique order number will be generated and notified to you via email/WhatsApp.
  • Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled free of charge within 48 hours of confirmation; cancellation after this period will not result in a refund.

2.2 Payment Methods

  • Only PayPal Accounts Are Accepted: Supports transactions in over 28 currencies with ​zero fees.
  • Prohibited Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards are not accepted. All transactions are processed through PayPal’s PCI DSS Level 1 secure system.

3. Shipping and Returns

3.1 Shipping Liability

  • Transport Damage: We assume responsibility for damages occurring during transit within the carrier’s liability period (proof of delivery record required).
  • Quality Return: We cover round-trip shipping, taxes/VAT, and insurance fees (provide a quality inspection report).

3.2 Return Conditions

  • Mandatory Acceptance:
    • Manufacturing defects, functional failures, or material discrepancies.
    • Severe packaging damage during transit.
  • Optional Returns:
    • Subjective dissatisfaction (requires prior confirmation of style/size).
    • Wrong orders (due to buyer error).

4. Post-Sales Service

4.1 Warranty Application

  • Submit warranty requests via WhatsApp/email with order number, product photos, and issue description.
  • We will respond within 5 working days and arrange repair/replacement.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Data Collection: Only essential registration/order data and anonymized behavioral logs are collected to optimize services.
  • Security Measures:
    • AES-256 encryption for stored data.
    • No sharing of sensitive data with third parties (excluding PayPal, which processes payments separately).
  • User Rights: You may access, correct, or delete your data (refer to our Privacy Policy).

6. Intellectual Property

All product designs, trademarks, and copyrights belong exclusively to ​Xiuxinfang. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is prohibited.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • Indirect Damages: No liability for profit loss, business interruption, or other indirect damages caused by delays or defects.
  • Compensation Cap: Maximum compensation per order is ​100% of the order total.

8. Service Termination

  • User Default: Account suspension and termination for fraud, malicious claims, or policy violations.
  • Post-Termination: Liability for breach of contract remains enforceable.

9. Dispute Resolution

  1. Negotiation: Contact us via WhatsApp/email for 24-hour resolution.
  2. Legal Action: Disputes under buyer’s jurisdiction courts, governed by the CISG.

10. General Provisions

  • Policy Amendments: Terms may be updated without notice, published on our website.
  • Notification: Critical notices are sent via email/WhatsApp to registered addresses.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms supersede all prior口头 or written agreements.

Your purchase of our products constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service.
